These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales

The Seller: Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record.

License Scope: Licences are issued on a per device basis for PolyField Server and PolyField Track

Liability (The “Official’s” Clause): PolyField is a decision-support tool for athletics officials. While we strive for high precision in our EDM and results integration, the final validation of any measurement or competition record is the sole responsibility of the human Technical Official in charge. PolyField is not liable for any disqualifications or disputed results arising from software use.

1. License Grant: Subject to payment of the license fee, PolyField grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the PolyField Track and Server for officiating and event management.

2. Hardware Compatibility: PolyField provides software that interfaces with third-party EDM hardware (e.g., Leica, GeoMax, Mato, APEKS). We do not guarantee compatibility with all hardware versions and are not responsible for hardware malfunctions.

3. Professional Responsibility: PolyField is a tool to assist officials. The final verification of any measurement, record-breaking performance, or competition result remains the sole responsibility of the human Technical Official or Referee.

4. Liability Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolyField (and Kingston AC & Polytechnic Harriers) shall not be liable for any losses, including but not limited to event delays, loss of data, or incorrect results, exceeding the amount paid for the current license term.

5. Subscription & Renewal: Licenses are valid for 12 months unless otherwise stated. Access to “Pro” features or server-side analytics will be suspended if the fee is not paid by the renewal date. Latest fees are listed on our Lemon Squeezy store.
