Refund Policy

Digital Product Policy:  Due to the nature of digital software and the immediate delivery of license keys, all sales through Lemon Squeezy are final. We do not offer refunds once a license has been issued. We strongly advise using the trial period.

 

Trial Period:  We strongly recommend that users test their hardware compatibility (Leica/GeoMax/etc.) using the free version of PolyField before purchasing a license.

Exceptional Circumstances:  If there is a technical defect that prevents the software from functioning as described, please contact us at support@polyfield.co.uk within 60 days. Refunds approved by PolyField will be processed by Lemon Squeezy.
